ABOUT US

Truck Glow is a small online business based in Australia. You can reach us any time at gettruckglow@outlook.com.

THE PRODUCT

Truck Glow is a night light made for children aged 3 to 8. Every Truck Glow is custom-made with our own truck design, in production runs, so it takes longer to reach you than an off-the-shelf lamp. Please see our Shipping Policy.

Product images are representative, and some are illustrations. How the glow looks in your home depends on the size of the room, the colour of the walls and how dark the room is.

ORDERS

When you place an order, we'll email you a confirmation. All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item was priced incorrectly, if we suspect fraud, or if an order appears to be for resale. If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping. Any import taxes or duties your country charges are not included. Prices may change at any time, and sale prices apply only while they are shown on the site.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. After delivery, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies. Please see our Refund Policy for the details.

CHARGEBACKS

If something goes wrong with your order, please email us at gettruckglow@outlook.com before contacting your bank or PayPal. We can almost always sort it out faster. If a chargeback is filed, we will respond to it with your order records, proof of shipment and proof of delivery.

USING YOUR TRUCK GLOW

An adult should set up Truck Glow. Use it with a standard USB power source and keep the cable out of reach of young children. Truck Glow is a night light, not a toy to be thrown, dropped or taken apart.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including the text, images, design, logo and the Truck Glow name, belongs to Truck Glow and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent the law allows, Truck Glow is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You may also have rights under the consumer laws of the country you live in, and these terms do not take those rights away.

CHANGES

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this site when you place your order applies to that order.
