REFUND POLICY
 

It's made for your order, not pulled off a warehouse shelf. Please read this before ordering.
 

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
 

If you're not happy with your Truck Glow for any reason, email gettruckglow@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.

Do I have to send it back? No. Keep it, pass it on to a friend, or recycle it.
 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
 

You can cancel any time before your order ships. Email gettruckglow@outlook.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

Once your order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but the 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies after delivery.
 

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR MISSING ITEMS
 

If your Truck Glow arrives damaged or faulty, or something is missing, email gettruckglow@outlook.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
 

HOW LONG A REFUND TAKES
 

We process refunds within 3 business days of your email. Your bank or PayPal then takes a few days to show it.
 

IF WE RUN LATE
 

If your order is delayed, we'll email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If we can't make your light at all, we'll cancel and refund you automatically. You won't have to chase us.
 

NON-REFUNDABLE
 

Orders refused at delivery, left unclaimed, or returned to us because of an incorrect address entered by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
 

WRONG ADDRESS
 

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can fix it before your order ships.
