PRE-ORDERS
 

Every Truck Glow is a pre-order, made in small batches, so your order ships once your batch is ready. We'll email your tracking number as soon as it ships, and you can cancel any time before then for a full refund.
 

HOW LONG IT TAKES
 

It takes longer to reach you than an off-the-shelf lamp. We'll email you to confirm your order, again when your light is on its way, and with a tracking number as soon as it ships.
 

FREE SHIPPING
 

Free shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimums.
 

IF WE RUN LATE
 

If your order is delayed, we'll email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If we can't make your light at all, we'll cancel and refund you automatically. You won't have to chase us.
 

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
 

You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Just email gettruckglow@outlook.com.
 

TRACKING
 

Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email gettruckglow@outlook.com and we'll sort it out.
 

IMPORT TAXES
 

Any import taxes or duties your country charges are not included in the price.
